Hello!  My name is Kris D Jones and I am the founder of ROOMIZ.  Having started my property journey as a qualified legal professional nearly two decades ago, working in particular in the housing disrepair litigation Landlord & Tenant sector, conveyancing as well as other areas of Law, I became became a landlord myself and found I had quicker and easier financial freedom in earning income and wealth from property as opposed to my full-time job! 

I decided to be brave and make a big career change to invest more in property and to set up my own business.  The knowledge, skills and experience I gained from my legal background were useful and relevant to many of the property related issues I have come across over the years. 

I created ROOMIZ to help property owners with solutions to their property related issues and for landlords who wanted a hands-free and stress-free management service for their rental accommodation whether that is buy to let portfolios, hmo's or student accommodation. 

As I have always worked in a professional capacity,  I am committed at all times to provide my property clients a top level service to the network of people and organisations I work with including landlords!  It's true I have a passion for property but most of all I aim to be accessible and approachable as I love helping people get the best results possible with their property investments!
